The IDF arrested 12 Muslim terrorists overnight in Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley, who were wanted for involvement in terrorism and violent disorders directed against civilians and security personnel.
The terrorists were turned over to security agencies for further investigation.
In addition, as part of an ongoing campaign against illegal weapons, the IDF, Border Police, and the Israeli Police seized two local-made Carlo submachine guns in the Arab village of Asira ash-Shamaliya, north of Shechem.
Yesterday, the Shin Bet, IDF and Israel Police arrested arch-terrorist Zakariya Zubeidi and Tarek Barguth, an attorney frequently hired to represent Muslim terrorists, over a serious, imminent terror attack.
Zubeidi was the mastermind of several terror attacks during the early 2000s.
